CCBC Sport & Leisure Services Refund Policy

Direct Debit Memberships: It is the Members’ responsibility to make sure that a cancellation is placed with both Customer Service Team and that the Direct Debit is cancelled through their bank or building society in order to guarantee membership cancellation. Payments taken where this has not been done will not be refunded.

Cash Monthly Memberships: Our services are located across 10 facilities and therefore memberships can be used at all of our 10 Leisure Centres. Therefore refunds can only be processed where CCBC Sport & Leisure Services have closed all facilities at any one time.

Learn 2 Swim Direct Debit Payments: Whereby CCBC Sport & Leisure Services has had to cancel the lesson we will adjust your direct debit payment by the cost of the lesson no later than the following month following the cancellation.  Refunds can only be processed when the pupil enrolled on the course has missed 3 consecutive lessons and has also provided a medical certificate.

Learn 2 Swim Cash block payments: Whereby CCBC Sport & Leisure Services has had to cancel the lesson, any missed sessions will automatically carry over onto the pupils account.

Block Bookings: Refunds can only be processed where CCBC Sport & Leisure Services have cancelled a class, session and/or closed a facility.

Birthday Parties: You may request a full refund within 14 days after you have made your booking, refunds after such date can only be processed where CCBC Sport & Leisure Services has cancelled the booking and/or closed a facility.

Group Exercise Class/Swim Session/Gym Session: Refunds can only be processed where CCBC Sport & Leisure Services have cancelled a class, session and/or closed a facility.

Refunds for past activities, courses and events must be applied for in writing by emailing leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk

Refunds for debit/card payments made at the Leisure Centre within the last 90 days must be refunded back to the original debit or credit card used to make the original payment.  You can do this either in person or by calling the Leisure Centre direct.

Refunds for online web/app payments must be applied for in writing by emailing leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk
